Every project is quoted in writing after a discovery call. Fixed price for websites, hourly or retainer for strategy work. Venture partnerships are scoped case by case, sometimes equity inclusive. No surprises.
Squarespace, WordPress, and custom coded sites. For most healthcare practices and small businesses, Squarespace strikes the best balance of design quality, ease of updates, and cost. For products and ventures we build with custom code on modern stacks (Next.js, Tailwind, Vercel).
Websites typically run 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Strategy engagements range from a one day workshop to a 12 week sprint. Venture partnerships are open ended. Timeline depends on scope and how quickly you can provide content and feedback.
Healthcare is where we do most of our website work, drawn from close to a decade in health tech and product management. But we also work with consumer brands, B2B SaaS, and early stage founders across other sectors. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
Yes. Every website project includes post launch support. After that, we offer monthly retainers for ongoing updates, SEO, and content changes. For strategy clients, an advisory retainer is often the natural follow up.
